සිතැඟි නියම සහ කොන්දේසි ගිණුමක් සෑදීමෙන් හෝ සිතැඟි භාවිතා කිරීමෙන්, ඔබ මෙම නියමයන්ට එකඟ වේ. 1. සුදුසුකම් සිතැඟි භාවිතා කිරීමට ඔබට අවුරුදු 18ක් හෝ ඊට වැඩි විය යුතුය. ලියාපදිංචි වීමෙන්, ඔබ මෙම අවශ්‍යතාවය සපුරන බවත් ඔබ ලබා දෙන සියලුම තොරතුරු නිවැරදි බවත් තහවුරු කරයි. 2. ඔබේ ගිණුම ඔබේ පිවිසුම් තොරතුරු ආරක්ෂිතව තබා ගැනීමට සහ ඔබේ ගිණුමේ සියලුම ක්‍රියාකාරකම් සඳහා ඔබ වගකිව යුතුය. ලියාපදිංචි වීමේදී දක්වා ඇති පරිදි, ගිණුමක් සාමාජිකයා විසින්ම හෝ දෙමාපියෙකු/භාරකරුවෙකු විසින් ඔවුන් වෙනුවෙන් සෑදිය හැක. 3. ගිණුම් සමාලෝචනය සහ තහවුරු කිරීම සියලුම ගිණුම් වෙනත් සාමාජිකයන්ට පෙනීමට පෙර අපගේ කණ්ඩායම විසින් සමාලෝචනය කරනු ලැබේ. වැරදි තොරතුරු, නුසුදුසු අන්තර්ගතයක් හෝ විස්තරයේ සම්බන්ධතා තොරතුරු අඩංගු ගිණුමක් අප ප්‍රතික්ෂේප කිරීමට හෝ ඉවත් කිරීමට හැක. හැඳුනුම්පත් තහවුරු කිරීම අත්‍යවශ්‍ය නොවේ නමුත් නිර්දේශිත වන අතර, හැඳුනුම්පත් රූප කිසිවිටෙක පොදුවේ නොපෙන්වයි. 4. පිළිගත හැකි භාවිතය ඔබ පහත දේ නොකිරීමට එකඟ වේ: - වෙනත් පුද්ගලයෙකු ලෙස පෙනී සිටීම හෝ වැරදි තොරතුරු ලබා දීම. - වාණිජ ප්‍රවර්ධනය, හිරිහැරයක් හෝ නීති විරෝධී ඕනෑම කටයුත්තක් සඳහා සිතැඟි භාවිතා කිරීම. - එකඟතාවයකින් තොරව වෙනත් සාමාජිකයෙකුගේ සම්බන්ධතා තොරතුරු හෝ ඡායාරූප බෙදා ගැනීම. - අපගේ සමාලෝචන, ගෙවීම් හෝ ආරක්ෂක පද්ධති මඟ හැරීමට උත්සාහ කිරීම. මෙම නියමයන් උල්ලංඝනය කරන ගිණුම් අත්හිටුවීමට හෝ අවහිර කිරීමට අපට හැක. 5. Gold පැකේජ සහ ගෙවීම් Gold පැකේජ මඟින් නිශ්චිත කාලයක් සඳහා අමතර විශේෂාංග (අසීමිත ඇරයුම්, සම්පූර්ණ ගිණුම් ප්‍රවේශය) විවෘත කරයි. බැංකු මාරු මගින් කරන ගෙවීම් අතින් තහවුරු කරන අතර සක්‍රිය වීමට කාලයක් ගත විය හැක. පැකේජයක් සක්‍රිය වූ පසු ගෙවීම් සාමාන්‍යයෙන් ආපසු ගෙවනු නොලැබේ, නීතියෙන් අවශ්‍ය කරන අවස්ථා හැර. 6. ප්‍රතිඵල සහතික නොකිරීම සිතැඟි යනු ඔබට විභව ජීවන සහකරුවන් සමඟ සම්බන්ධ වීමට උපකාර වන වේදිකාවකි. ඔබට ගැලපීමක් ලැබෙනු ඇතැයි අපි සහතික නොකරමු, වේදිකාව මත හෝ පිටතදී වෙනත් සාමාජිකයන්ගේ හැසිරීම සඳහා අපි වගකිව යුතු නොවේ. විශේෂයෙන් පෞද්ගලික සම්බන්ධතා තොරතුරු බෙදා ගැනීමට පෙර හෝ පුද්ගලිකව හමුවීමට පෙර, කරුණාකර ඔබේම විනිශ්චය සහ ප්‍රවේශම භාවිතා කරන්න. 7. අන්තර්ගත හිමිකාරිත්වය ඔබ උඩුගත කරන ඡායාරූප සහ තොරතුරු වල හිමිකාරිත්වය ඔබ සතුව පවතී, නමුත් සේවාවේ කොටසක් ලෙස වෙනත් සාමාජිකයන්ට ඒවා පෙන්වීමට සිතැඟි වෙත බලපත්‍රයක් ලබා දෙයි. 8. අවසන් කිරීම ඕනෑම වේලාවක ඔබේ ගිණුම මකා දැමීමට ඔබට හැක (ගිණුම → මාගේ ගිණුම මකන්න බලන්න). මෙම නියමයන් හෝ අදාළ නීතිය උල්ලංඝනය කරන ගිණුම් අත්හිටුවීමට හෝ අවසන් කිරීමට අපට හැක. 9. වගකීම් සීමා කිරීම නීතිය ඉඩ දෙන තාක් දුරට, සිතැඟි "ඇති ආකාරයටම" සපයනු ලබන අතර, වේදිකාව භාවිතයෙන් ඇතිවන වක්‍ර හෝ ප්‍රතිඵලදායක හානි සඳහා අපි වගකිව යුතු නොවේ. 10. පාලක නීතිය මෙම නියමයන් ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ නීතිය මගින් පාලනය වේ. 11. මෙම නියමයන්හි වෙනස්කම් අපි කලින් කලට මෙම නියමයන් යාවත්කාලීන කළ හැක. වෙනස්කම් ක්‍රියාත්මක වූ පසු සිතැඟි දිගටම භාවිතා කිරීම මගින් ඔබ යාවත්කාලීන නියමයන්ට එකඟ වන බව අදහස් වේ. 12. අප හා සම්බන්ධ වන්න ප්‍රශ්න තිබේද? contact@sithangi.app වෙත ඊමේල් කරන්න.
Sithangi Terms & Conditions By creating an account or using Sithangi, you agree to these terms. 1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use Sithangi. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate. 2. Your account You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. A profile may be created by the member themselves or by a parent/guardian on their behalf, as indicated at signup. 3. Profile review and verification All profiles are reviewed by our team before appearing to other members. We may reject or remove a profile that contains false information, inappropriate content, or contact details in the description. Identity (NIC) verification is optional but recommended, and NIC images are never shown publicly. 4. Acceptable use You agree not to: - Impersonate another person or provide false information. - Use Sithangi for commercial solicitation, harassment, or any unlawful purpose. - Share another member's contact details or photos without their consent. - Attempt to bypass our review, payment, or security systems. We may suspend or block accounts that violate these terms. 5. Gold packages and payments Gold packages unlock additional features (unlimited interests, full profile access) for a fixed duration. Payments made by bank transfer are verified manually and may take time to activate. Payments are generally non-refundable once a package is activated, except where required by law. 6. No guarantee of outcomes Sithangi is a platform to help you connect with potential life partners. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, and we are not responsible for the conduct of other members, whether on or off the platform. Please exercise your own judgement and caution, especially before sharing personal contact information or meeting someone in person. 7. Content ownership You retain ownership of the photos and information you upload, but you grant Sithangi a licence to display them to other members as part of the service. 8. Termination You may delete your account at any time (see Account → Delete my account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. 9. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, Sithangi is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. 10. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. 11. Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time.
